Delivery to Cyprus takes more than 3 weeks

Hello everyone!

I ordered razer blade 3 weeks ago, with delivery to Cyprus, and the order Delivery says 3-5 business days (I paid extra 10 euros for the fast delivery). In the order's history, it shows as  “Delivery in Progress”.

I’ve asked support about the situation, but they answer me with a template message “wait 2 - 3 business days”, for 2  weeks in a row. And completely ignore my questions such as: providing me with ETA or even returning money for the order.

Any advice or suggestion in such a bad situation would be useful for me.

Thanks

Hi @karma-k8s,

Thanks for sharing your concern here in the support forum. PM me your case reference number so I can coordinate with the relevant team for an update and investigate the status of your case.

Hi @Razer.Zionzedd , just send info in PM.
Thank you

Well month has passed, still no ETA of laptop arrival (0 info)

If someone interested - no way to even return money trough Razer, I have opened a transaction dispute in my bank

Hi, @karma-k8s! How did the story end? :)

@luna_koly , Hi

As I mentioned before, I couldn't either receive the laptop or obtain a refund through customer support. In general, I received automated responses from some bots, which essentially said:

> Good day! Please know that your case regarding your order shipment is still being monitored by our internal team. As of this writing, we have yet to hear back from them.

> We sincerely apologize for this delay and inconvenience. But don't worry, we already sent a follow up to them. Please give us 2-3 business days to wait for a response.

I received the same message for an entire month. Ultimately, I was able to secure a refund through my bank.

It's quite the situation: I ordered my PC and it arrived here in Cyprus. However, when it came to arranging a return for repairs, things got complicated. Initially, after much back and forth, I received a shipping label. But when I tried to schedule a pickup with FedEx, I hit a snag. They either wanted me to create a business account or make a 1.5-hour drive to the nearest FedEx shop in Limassol. Attempting to bypass this, I reached out to see if they could arrange the pickup on my behalf, as setting up a business account wasn't feasible for me. Suddenly, the narrative changed – Cyprus was apparently not on Razer's list of shipping destinations due to "local and government regulations and restrictions," which was a surprise to me.

I was then advised to find a friend in another country within their shipping network (which, according to their website at Razer's country selection page, still includes Cyprus) to send the laptop through. Despite pointing out that Cyprus, being part of the EU, is listed as a shipping destination, my concerns were met with automated responses stating that Cyprus is not supported by Razer.

For context, I'm located in Peyia, near Paphos, which is on the EU side of Cyprus.

Dang, I want to order a ishkur v2 to Cyprus but need to learn the shipment company first. Butcouldn’t find any information or even there’s no place to get in contact with some person or bot! It shoots me to same place over and over again. All dead end. How can a this big company have impossible to reach support?

Does anyone knows which shipment company they use for Cyprus? My only option seem is “standard” shipment.
