demo mode razer huntsman v2 tkl

My Huntsman V2 TKL flashes green on boot, enters rainbow demo mode, and ignores keypresses on multiple PCs. Manual Esc+Caps+Space reset is not overriding the mode.

I understand that your Razer Huntsman V2 TKL does not respond to any key presses. To help isolate the issue, could you please send me a PM along with your device’s serial number provide the following information:

1. When did the issue first start occurring? Was it after a firmware update, Synapse update, power outage, or any other specific event?
2. Does the keyboard appear in Razer Synapse or in Windows Device Manager when connected?
3. Have you tried connecting the keyboard directly to the PC, without a USB hub or extension?
4. If possible, please provide a short video showing the boot sequence and the rainbow lighting behavior. You can upload the video using this link and then send me the link once it’s uploaded. Thank you!
