I tried using the 2 year warranty on my headset but razer support after back and forth contact stated RMA team decided that I caused the damage when they never physically inspected the item.
I can’t get an RMA and there is no phone/chat available to discuss this decision.
The mute button fell off from normal use. My headset has no physical damage and only used lightly as I have four other headsets I cycle through.
Anyone have similar experience with Razer not honoring warranty. Then they say if I would have purchased some additional Razer warranty they would have covered it.
Prior to sending to RMA folks I was given option to cross-ship and if I paid for the replacement device up front.
