Desperately need help!

Hi guys, So i've recently purchased a Razer Huntsman TE keyboard and i'm trying to perform a really simple task. All I want to do is bind CTRL+SHIFT to the number 1 key on the keyboard. I've got many Razer products, including the Chroma Epic mouse and the Trinity Mouse, I can assign this keybind (CTRL+SHIFT) to any key on the mouse without issue, but on the keyboard it appears to be a no-go.
