My registered device cannot be viewed on my razer synapse app so I cannot check it's battery health

Did you’ve tried Synapse clean reinstall?
- Uninstall Synapse
- Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
- Then restart your PC
- After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
Actually, I installed synapse originally on my computer but then it broke down and im currently using my laptop. I forgot my synapse account then I registered my viper ult mouse again on diff synapse account but I cannot access the mouse info/settings on this new synapse acc even tho I registered it here.
