I have recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X USB headset. However, I am having trouble registering the product on your website. When I enter the serial number, the system says that the product is already registered.Yet I have not registered before
Additionally, there was no activation code included in the box, so I am unable to proceed with the registration or receive the related benefits.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I can provide proof of purchase and photos of the product if necessary.
