Hello people. I have a Razer Deathadder for a few years, he had no problem until this last 2 months The Razer synapse stopped detecting it, the mouse does work, it does show on the device manager, and it does register on the website Anyone can help? Screenshot added.

Hi there! Have you tried reinstalling Synapse? If you haven't, please do and let me know how it goes.

i think that is a software problem. I am experiencing same as you right now. so frustrating!

yes I did, also tried a few more processes of razer support guys which didn't worl
