I have a blackshark v2x headset and its not showing up on synapse. Does anyone have this problem? How can this be fixed?

    Please note that the BlackShark V2 X is not supported on Synapse 3.0. With that said, you can enable the surround sound features using our newer surround sound app. Download the said app from here, and activate it using the included activation code.
