device not working becuase of manufractuing problem can i still get refubd with warranty?

My razer viper v3 pro has a problem where it keeps rabdomly dissconneting for a second then reconnecting and ive already reached out about it, but i have a question about the warranty. Will i be able to get a refund even though im past the two week period for refunds since the mouse had a manufacturing problem?

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, please drop me a message via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and for proper documentation. Regarding the refund process, I have to check your  warranty status later on.
