good afternoon, I’m trying to register a device on the official website to get the activation code “7.1 surround”, but the site writes the error “the device is already activated, if you have not activated it, write to support” but its all new device ( blackshark v2 x)

Return it.

Get new one from viable source, not aliexpress or 3rd party amazon sellers.
