Devices no longer showing up in Synapse 3

So I have a Cyanosa Chroma Keyboard, Goliathus Mousepad, Naga Trinity, Kraken 2019, Kiyo, and Seiren X. I was (still am sorta) having issues with my Kiyo only showing up as USB Video Device and always out of focus and in 480 so I followed the advice via Twitter DM which was through device manager uninstall all Razer devices, restart computer and run Synapse 3. I did it and when I ran Synapse 3 the only thing that shows up is the Naga Trinity and the Kiyo. Kiyo still shows up as a USB Video Device in OBS and Discord but displays in 1080 and is in focus. I want my chroma for my Keyboard and mouse pad. I have tried uninstalling everything again but they will not show up. Is there a way I can force the devices to show up? Also my Naga Trinity shows up under Mouse and Keyboard in device manager.
