Hi ! I got a Kraken V4 recently, i heard about Surround 7.1, did i had to buy an activation ?
I didn’t got a card in the box of the headset, and after registration, i didn’t got a code.
The headset wasn’t bought on Razer but on a multinational plateform who start with A and end with N, did it change something ?

You do not need to buy a separate activation for the Razer Kraken V4. This headset includes THX Spatial Audio through Razer Synapse, so no extra purchase or activation code is required.
That’s also why you wouldn’t see a separate card in the box or receive a code after registration. You can follow the setup steps here to configure THX Spatial Audio. Feel free to PM if you need further assistance. All the best!
