Did I buy fake Hammerhead True Wireless Black edition?

Kaksu89

I bought new pair of Hammerhead True wireless black edition after my old pair didn’t work well anymore and I really liked them. Ebay was the only place where I could find those. (I know, there’s no legit Razer resellers there) They weren’t like dirty cheap like some obvious fakes. I told them my conserns about the item quality and they told me that their supplier is from Razer. Here’s what makes me think that these are fake:  First the cases texture is way different that my previous ones. And it has very sharp edges. I have many Razer products and non of them has this low quality parts. Then on the case there's a part where it seems like it's been pried open with sharp object. Second the earphones. Razer logo emblem is deeper in than on my originals sound quality is way worse and the voice assistances voice is different. Included silicon covers for earpieces are thicker and harder and badly cut. Touch controls are way too sensitive. And third, Razer app can't recognize them and that is a big problem.

Thay already partialy refund me but if I can prove that they are fake, I ask for full refund.

Thank you in advance.
