Did not receive any surround sound activation code for my Kraken X.

Hello, I am new here so please help me out a bit. I recently purchased the Kraken X headset but I did not receive any activation code with it. I searched the packaging but no codes were found. Can someone please solve my issue and maybe provide me with a code?
