Did not receive product, and razer don't even bother to respond me | Razer Insider

Hi, I've updated Razer more than 5 times about not receiving my product. Since the start of the live chat, the employee 'Joemarie' told me that he/she will reply me in 2-3 days. After a month++, requested more case and continuing my case, no one has replied....



So here's the problem:

I got a code from RazerPay app, and ordered a Cellphone Stand, along with a razer Gigantus V2 XXL. However, i received the cellphone stand, but I didn't receive the Gigantus V2 XXL.
