After the last update chroma connect devices do not show in chroma studio, thus no longer get signals or can be controlled? is this a bug, and is it to be fixed?

Having the same problem. I’m using chroma connect for Asus and Corsair.

I'm encountering the same problem. I can't find a setting to turn off automatic updates. Razer Synapse 4 is terrible, the user experience is awful. Please relaunch Razer Synapse 3 before fixing these numerous bugs, so users can use it normally.

Same for me, MSI Mystic Light and LIFX no longer appear in Chroma Studio and therefore don’t work. They appear in all menus and settings, LIFX will even turn the light on, just can’t control the colours.

I raised a ticket as well.

I have the same issue. After updating Razer Synapse, the ASUS lighting stopped working. Everything shows up, but there’s no ASUS Connect option in Studio. I held off upgrading to Razer Synapse 4 for as long as possible because it’s such heavy software — after turning on the PC, it takes 40–50 seconds to load, and it barely saves settings properly.

Bring back Razer Synapse 3 — it was an excellent app where everything worked correctly and without bugs. You released an application that’s about four times bigger than the previous one, and it doesn’t even work properly.

P.S.

For those whose third-party devices are not showing up in Studio, install the beta version — everything works there.

Same issue here: After the Razer Connect update on February 27, 2026, the GoVee icons for Razer Chroma are deleted, meaning the connected devices can no longer display color profiles because they are no longer present in Chroma Studio, even though the connections still exist.
