Didn't get a code for "7.1 Surround Sound" Software

Hello,

i bought the Headset "Razer Kraken Kitty Edition" and didn't get a code in the mail. So i registered my product on RazerID but i can't find the code there and i didn't get a email with the code too.

How do i get the code? My sound is really bad in games, it really is unplayable.

I appreciate every answer 🙂

Have you checked your email's junk or spam folder? Please send me the email address connected to your Razer ID via PM and the serial number of your Razer Kraken Kitty so I can check its registration status. Let's continue from there.
