Didn't get my activation code

Hi, I got the Razor Barracuda X headset for Christmas and i was very excited when i saw it but when i tried to activate my surround sound they asked for a activation code i whent trough all my stuff to find the code but i didn't find it I called the person who gave me the present and they said that there was no code in the package either. My qeustion is how can i get the code beqause i want to activate my surround sound. Greeting, jelle
