Didn't Receive Activation Code For 7.1 Surround Sound

Hello,

I've purchased your headphones product "Razer Kaira X" last thursday (4 days ago) and registered them via Razer's site. The service wrote it would send my email an activation code for the 7.1 surround sound program, but I've never received it. I already asked for the code multiple times with the activation service but to no response. I'd like to receive the activation code.
