Didn’t receive confirmation email from return

Hello, I returned a Razer Blade 15, and Razer says that the return was received on July 6th 2020, however, it has been 4 days and I haven’t received an email confirmation like it says I should on http://razer.narvar.com. How do I receive the money from the return? Thanks!
