Hello everyone. Several keys on my keyboard are always producing different colors. I reinstall synapse and I have latest windows version (11 home) my serial number (*Omitted) LAPTOP - 7COQR5B6.Can someone help me?

Have you updated the laptop's Windows operating system? Does the incorrect colored keys show while starting up your computer? Did you try restoring the unit to a date wherein the issue has not started yet through Windows System Restore? If everything has been exhausted, please revert your Razer Blade 15's settings to its factory state by performing the steps here. Otherwise, send me a PM so I can help you submit a repair request.
