Hello everyone, I just ordered a keyboard and mouse and I was looking to return the mouse because it is too small for my hands and I want to order something with a more comfortable fit. However, when I enter my order number the returning page says that they cannot find my order number and when I look at my account it says I have no recent orders. Is there anyway I can fix this soon. Thanks.

I noticed that my order history disappeared after the maintenance last night. I was hoping it would get sorted since I had just placed an order and was waiting to see the status on it but my order history still hasn't reappeared.
I was able to see the order a few days ago so maybe they were all messed up after maintenance?
That would be my guess as well. I'm curious if it affected everyone or only a few people since we seem to be the only ones on the forum with this issue right now.
I checked this morning and the order still isn't back. I tried contacting the support team but I'm having zero luck with that in of itself
