I bought a Razer Phone in September 2018 and in September of 2019 it stopped working and I got it replaced. Didn't get a replacement phone until October but now that phone hasn't been able charge properly or use the audio through the port since the beginning of February. Now my phone barely charges and barely lasts, its not a viable phone and I need to get a new one. Support is only offering 20% off repairs but If I send my phone in I have to pay for shipping and I'm without a phone for a few weeks. And without a job right now I can't afford to be doing any of this and I'm left just feeling kind of screwed by Razer right now since there is nothing I can do.
