disaster once a dead pixel merged on the screen | Razer Insider

Last Christmas, I was very happy to receive the Razer Book 13. Good size and stylish appearance. Until I found a dead pixel on the left side of the screen half a month ago, all happiness seemed to be gone away. According to the procedure, I contacted Razer support and sent back my computer. Everything went fine for the first few days, and I received several emails from them and have been told it needs to take 3-5 days for the device test. However, it has been almost ten days now, and there is not any updated news. No reply from the email, except a scripted robot on the live chat. Completely confused, the after-sales service is really disgusting.

Sorry for the inconvenience. This is not the type of experience that Razer would want to see from customers. Please send me your email address or case number via PM so I can check your contact history and tap our Support Team. I'll be locking this thread now. Let's continue our conversation privately.
