WTF? I spent nearly $200 for this controller last year. This year it decides to go tits up. It keeps rebooting or disconnecting while I'm in the middle of gameplay. It does this at least once every 2 minutes. You're update procedure is absofuckinglutely ridiculous! The software absolutely refuses to let me do anything. I can't change the profile, I can't even view the profile. I hope you don't expect me to buy another one of your s*** shows. This is the last razer product that I will ever buy. You software developers absolutely suck. Developing pieces of crap that work for very brief periods of time and expecting us to pay a premium for that. Pull your heads out your asses. Fix this crappy software. And give us a f****** break.

    I completely understand your frustration. Getting booted out of your game every two minutes by a premium controller is incredibly infuriating, and dealing with a software update loop that completely locks you out of your profiles makes it ten times worse. Let me lend a hand.
