Discount codes not working , why?

I signed up yesterday, I got my welcom to razer $10 off discount code after a while, when I try purchasing it dont work , it says "Sorry, this promo could not be applied " ,im tryng to buy the Razer BlackShark v3 newest ones and it dont let me,  and today I got another email, with another discount code , just a new one for making it this far it says that will vanish in 3 days, and that one says the same thing, the first ome last for long, and the worst thing is, i tested it with another random product and it says same thing, why cant i use any of my codes please help
