Discount promo Code Issue After Failed Payment Attempt

I recently attempted to make a purchase on your website for THX spatial audio using a 50% discount code. I successfully applied the code, and the discount was reflected in my cart. However, when I proceeded to enter my payment details and tried to complete the transaction, the payment failed, and I received a message saying the payment was unsuccessful .

When I tried to place the order again, I noticed that the discount code no longer works—it says the code is invalid or already used, even though the payment for the original attempt did not go through.

I would really appreciate it if you could assist me in either reactivating the original code or providing a new one so I can complete my purchase.
