I have a 2023 Razer Blade 14 Ryzen 9 7940HS with RTX 4070 product number (RZ09-0482XEH3-R3U1). I have been using a usb 4 dock for months now, that allows me to have 2 monitors connected. I ordered the Razers Cooling Pad, and set everything up. I made me download Synapse 4, which I did. Everything was working perfect, until I shut down my laptop. I went to boot it back up, and now I get this USB error “Display connection might be limited” when I connect my dock, and my monitors no longer work. The dock still works because I am able to use me mouse and keyboard, but the displays are not being seen by the laptop.
Everything I have tried -
- Rebooting
- Uninstalled Synapse 4, and reinstalled synapse 3 (I even went as far as deleting the x86 Program Files)
- I tried connecting a USB C to HDMI wire to see if it was the dock, and I still get the same message
- Uninstalled recent micro soft update history for anything that was installed today (there was just 2 things security update and micro soft update)
- reinstalled Razers specified AMD Chipset Driver
- installed newest version of AMD Driver from AMD Website
I feel like the only thing left is to factory reset, and I really don’t want to! I am completely out of options NEED HELP!!!
