I'm using a Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2021 (Intel i9-11900H, RTX 3080, 4K OLED Touchscreen), BIOS fully updated.
During a clean installation of Windows (and also observed once with Linux), I consistently encounter a strange issue during the installation process:
Issue description:

After the initial phase of the OS installer (e.g. file copying), the system performs its first reboot.

Just before shutting down, the display briefly turns green.

After rebooting, the system powers on (fans spin up, system gets warm), but the screen remains completely black.

After forcing a shutdown (holding power for ~10 seconds), I can power it back on and everything works normally.

The installation resumes and completes successfully.

Once the OS and drivers (Intel iGPU + NVIDIA) are installed, the issue never occurs again, even with multiple reboots.
My questions:

Is this expected behavior for this OLED model?

Is this considered normal or a hardware-related issue?

Can I safely assume the system is functioning correctly, despite this happening only during OS installation reboots?
I’d like to sell the device and want to provide an accurate and honest description for the buyer, so I’d appreciate an official stance or clarification.
