Hey guys, this is my first time posting on this forum. So, I bought a laptop from Swappa a year ago. It was Razer Laptop 2019 Mercury White Edition (RZ09-0301). However, recently I am encountering issues with the display. The display randomly has colored lines and flickering and the laptop stops responding until I turn it on again. There is no sound in the speakers and installing drivers also don't help. I don't think it is covered under the warranty and it's kinda driving me insane. I have a picture of this issue attached to this post. Can someone help me with this issue?

Welcome to our support board. Were there any changes made to your system before the issue? Have you tried isolating the issue by following the steps from this link? Razer is offering a service/repair for out-of-warranty laptops that do not belong to our obsolete models. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
