Distorted and ultra loud sounds Razer Kraken USB in Borderlands 3

Hello everyone,

every time I start up Borderlands 3, I get a massive volume boost in the main menu and distorted sounds ingame. They sound, as if the 7.1 feature is active, but the game is only sending 2.0.
Changing the surround to 2.0 is impossible, since the Synapse is recognizing Borderlands 3 only so long, until I hover with the mouse over the volume control. Then the control vanishes and is not coming back (Until I restart Borderlands 3 and then everything starts at the beginning).
When I use my other setup (5.1 Logitech system plugged on a Creative Soundblaster Audigy FX) these errors don't occur. But since I need Teamspeak or something similiar, these solution is not really a solution.

What I tried else was:

- Google for a solution
- Searched the forum for a solution
- Tried to update the Synapse (Version now is 2.21)
- Changing Borderlands 3 to Surround Sound
- Update on other system drivers
- Used DirectX Web Setup
- Changing the volume @ windows sound mixer
- Using a fresh windows 10 installation

If anyone has a solution, I will be very thankful, to share it with me.

Hi there! Does this issue happen with other games or programs? Can you share a video of the issue?
Sorry for the late answer (No mail was send to me after your post) and thank you for your reply.
I do not have this kind of problem, when I play other games. Te be precise, I never encountered this bug an any other program or game.
A video should be possible. Time, to test the record feature of the Windows 10 gaming thingie. :big_grin_:

Edit:

Test of the record program of Windows 10 was succesful. But how do I share the video? Youtube, Facebook or is there an other website, where you can upload short videos like this?

Hi there! Thanks for the reply. You can upload it somewhere like Youtube or Google Drive and then share the link with me through PM. I'll pick it up from there.
