Do I have a defective pair of razer opus?

Basically I just got my headphones in the mail and when I put them on they have an awful static buzz idk if it's just how they are but even when I'm not playing anything it's still there and even when its plugged in and the anc is on and its driving me mad. please help. I just want to know if mine are faulty

    You are not only one. It makes the awful sounds even when ANS is off and when ANS is on it amplify high frequencies of surrounding sounds. It is not good product.
