Do i need special cable for keyboard?

I have a white blackwindow keyboard with has a hardwire USB connection I just bought a black blackwindow keyboard but the cable is not hardwired and the cable was missing. It requires a mirco USB into the keyboard. I found one but none of the colors are showing up. It does not show up in the synapse either... this is the first time I had a razer device do this. I have 5 others previously. I am just wondering if I need a special cable for this before I send it out for refund

    Hi @technoZompcafe459! You can use any micro USB that would fit but I highly recommend that you get a replacement instead. It's a bit odd to have a cable missing from the get-go.
