This is the worst experience i have ever had trying to get a replacement dongle. I just needed to know what to buy. I was lied to and told my $300 Signature Edition mouse is discontinued. Then Dave hung up on my. Im glad i recorded the call. I have never been treated worst as a customer. Whats sad is i have 12 of their mice. Im going to write about my experience on every forum. This is rediculous.
