Hi everyone! I need some help with my Razer Kraken V3 Pro. The battery isn't performing well anymore and I need to replace it, but I can't find a clear guide on how to open them without breaking anything.

Has anyone here taken them apart or does anyone have a video showing how to get to the battery? I'm a bit worried about damaging the haptic system (Hypersense) while trying to pry them open. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Hi Galagamers,

I understand  you’re having battery issue on your Razer Kraken V3 Pro. Please be informed that Razer does not recommend DIY repairs or disassembly for peripherals such as headsets, as opening or attempting to repair the device on your own may cause further damage and can also affect warranty eligibility. Under Razer’s Limited Warranty – Exclusions and Limitations, damage resulting from unauthorized repair, modification, misuse, or external causes is not covered. Because of that, we’re unable to provide a teardown guide or instructions for opening the headset. The safest option would be to contact us via PM and have the device checked for replacement options. Kindly note that Razer headsets are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. If your headset is still within warranty, feel free to message me with your device serial number and proof of  purchase so I can verify its warranty. I’d appreciate it if your could also share more details about the problem and the troubleshooting steps your done so far. Thanks for your understanding!
