Bought the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless last month and gave it as a gift. Now they don't work after unpacking.
The charging cradle does not light up after opening. It was only unpacked.
When the charging cradle is connected to the power supply, the LED lights up red, after an hour it lights up green.
When the case is opened, nothing is heard.
If you take the headphones out of the case, you don't hear anything either. The "Razer Audio" app (Android) cannot find the device. The old app "Hammerhead True Wireless" (Android) in version 1.10.15.0 does not find the device.
If you press for 2 seconds, nothing happens. If you tap and hold 3 times, nothing happens.
Unfortunately, there is no sound or announcement at all.

Is there a way to check voltages or perform a hardware reset?
