so, i bought my razer kraken kitty edition bt headphones a while ago, and I decided to get around to getting them in razer synapse. but they don't appear on the device list, I've tried a lot but I cant seem to fix it. does anyone know anyways they've fixed it?

Which version of Synapse are you currently using? Let's isolate the behavior by doing a quick repair of your Synapse. If that doesn't help, please send me the serial number of your headset via PM so I can take a closer look and assist you accordingly.
