Does not support multiple of the same device?

Is there anyway to get synapse to detect more than just one of the same device? Currently only one Razer device will be picked up regardless if there are 2 or more of the same device connected which seems to be a bug.

Just wondering if there was a fix for this or any possible update?

Thanks.

This sure is an interesting topic, never thought about adding two of same RAZER device into a PC.
What is it that you want to achieve by adding two of same devices?

Like multi RGB configuration?
Backup device incase one fails?

I think it's because the same mouse has the same pid&vid combination, so you cannot control both.

This would be when using the Razor Raptor monitors in a dual or larger setup, but even other devices like the mouse charger dock, only one can be detected at a time interestingly though you can control the RGB for all of them as one through visualiser.

Well you can report it as bug/feedback to the official Razer support so that they get it fixed in the future.

Hi everyone! Thanks for engaging McgRzr's inquiry.

And yes, this is normal behavior from Razer Synapse. It can configure/detect device but not the same model. In my set-up, I have Razer Naga Chroma and Razer Deathadder Elite (for testing purposes), and Razer Synapse 3.0 identifies both mice. However, if I connect two Naga Chroma or Deathadder Elite at the same, the software will only detect one device. Feel free to leave your feedback by clicking the Razer Synapse's feedback section or through this link. I'll be locking this thread now.
