Hi, I want to order a Razer Blade 18” (2025) and my question is can I add a 4TB NVMe M2.0 drive with PCIe 4.0 and another one with 4 TB and PCIe 5.0, totalling 8 TB?

This is confusing at the moment and I would like to order these drives before the laptop arrives so I can install the memory when the laptop arrives.

I can order the laptop today if you give me an answer, please look into it… I need PCIe 5.0 NVMe M.2 for my sample libraries, and I need at least 4TB for this. The PCIe 4.0 is going to do the job for other purposes i guess...

that very great question for me because i own and will upgrade m.2 gen5 to empty slot. Hope some members from staff would help @Razer.ScarletRouge @RAZER.ALPHA Razer.ZionZedd

I own the 2025 model and the primary slot is gen5 but not the 2nd nvme slot which is only gen4. Primary slot has a max of 4tb as I dont think there is a larger gen 5 drive. I used a samsung 9100pro but it will only go 10k ish as the slot is only 5x4 channel. You can also use 8tb ssd drives and the secondary slot im running a WD 8tb 850x drive. Both are stupid fast and loading is near instant. Hope this helps. You can run 2x8tb drives if you really need storage and WD's gaming mode for there's is nice bonus.
