I am planning to buy Razor DeathAdder Essential RZ01-02540 mouse but I want to know if it has Onboard Memory supported meaning that I want to use macros (repeated ones) without even needed to use Synapse programme.

Not a budget mouse, but you should aim for a mouse that has at least 4 onboard internal memory.
