Does registering the product automatically qualify it for the limited warrantee?

I just got a pair of Nari Ultimates (a headset) as a present. I registered the product with the product number and serial number, but the registration wouldn't let me upload a proof of purchase, the button wouldn't work. It says that it's registered, but the page that describes the limited warrantee exhaustively mentions the proof of purchase. Can I trust that the Nari Ultimates are under Warrantee, or is there another process to go through? The website is very unhelpful.

The limited warranty is based on your date of purchase. You don't necessarily have to upload the proof of purchase. Send me a copy, and I can upload it for you. But I will need both the serial number and the email address linked to your account.
