Does the wired Razer Blackshark V2 headset require software install?

I work in a call center and I need a comfortable headset that completely covers my ears for 8h+ per day. I was looking online and cannot figure out if the Razer blackshark v2 requires software install to use both sound and microphone? My IT department does not allow any software install so I need to know before I purchase. Thanks in advance!
