Doesn't send a sms code

Whenever i try to purchasing something, it doesn't send sms code. The "There was an unexpected error. Please reload the page and try again" message just pops up always. How can i fix this?

I have the same problem...I already submit 4 tickets and they just acknowledge it but no fix yet.
