I am not sure the issue but my headset will turn on and says pairing but I do not think it's connecting to the dongel.  Please advise

    I understand your headset dongle won’t pair. To help narrow this down, could you share a few details for me?

    1. What is the exact model of your Razer headset and wireless dongle?
    2. When the headset says it’s pairing, do you see the dongle light change at all (blinking/solid/no light)?
    3. Have you already tried connecting the dongle to a different USB port or a different PC, and does the same issue happen there?

    In the meantime, please download and run the Pairing Utility  for your specific headset model and try re-pairing the headset and dongle. To isolate the problem, please also try plugging your headset into a different computer that doesn’t have Razer Synapse installed.
    Make sure that you are plugging your device directly into a USB port on your PC and not into a USB hub. If the same problem persists, please send me the device serial number and your region via PM so I can check the availability of the dongle. All the best!
