I’m contacting you regarding my Razer Viper V2 Pro wireless mouse. Unfortunately, the USB wireless dongle that came with the mouse is no longer working.
I would like to know how I can purchase or obtain a replacement USB dongle for my Viper V2 Pro.
Could you please let me know if replacement dongles are available and, if so, how I can order one?
