I am reaching out to you regarding my Razer Barracuda X wireless gaming headset (Model: RZ04-03801, Serial Number: AC2239D23801137).
Unfortunately, my original USB-C 2.4GHz wireless transceiver (dongle) has stopped working due to hardware issues. I have been trying to find a replacement dongle online, but I am having a lot of difficulty locating an authentic matching unit for this specific model version.
Could you please let me know if Razer has any discontinued spare parts or replacement dongles in stock for this model that I could purchase directly through support?
