Dongle Blackshark v3 for xbox

Hi there. I just received my BlackShark V3 headset for Xbox, but the dongle doesn't light up when I plug it into my Xbox, so the headset won't connect.

Do you have any solutions?

Hi Skyripp3r,

Sorry to hear you’re having issues connecting your Razer BlackShark V3 for Xbox. If the dongle, is not lighting up when connected to the Xbox, please try the following first:
1. Try a different USB port on the Xbox.
2. Make sure the console is fully powered on, not just in standby.
3. Check that the headset is charged and turned on.
4. If the headset or dongle has a mode switch, make sure it is set correctly for Xbox.
5. If possible, test the dongle on another compatible device to see if it powers on there.
