DONGLE BROKE BLACKSHARK V3

I'm having a problem with my Black Shark V3 headphones. I updated the dongle and now I can't hear anything, even though it's detected by Device Manager and the headphone volume wheel works. I also tried them on my PS5, where they used to work, but now they don't work either. I've tried everything, and I even contacted support, but they were pretty unhelpful. I would really appreciate any help.

Does your dongle work? I updated today and it stopped working. I can't hear anything, but Synapse recognizes it and everything else works, but I can't hear or speak unless it's via Bluetooth or USB.
