I'm having a problem with my Black Shark V3 headphones. I updated the dongle and now I can't hear anything, even though it's detected by Device Manager and the headphone volume wheel works. I also tried them on my PS5, where they used to work, but now they don't work either. I've tried everything, and I even contacted support, but they were pretty unhelpful. I would really appreciate any help.

Does your dongle work? I updated today and it stopped working. I can't hear anything, but Synapse recognizes it and everything else works, but I can't hear or speak unless it's via Bluetooth or USB.

I’m here to help. Please try downloading the Pairing Utility here and follow the instructions provided. If the issue persists, kindly test the headset on another computer as well.
