Dongle broke on blackshark v3 pro

So I did a new firmware update for the blackshark v3 pro and after it was done my audio wasn’t working. So I reset my computer and it still wasn’t working. Anyway I’ve tried everything and it still doesn’t work it says there is audio going into the headset but I can’t hear anything and the only way it works is if I plug it in wired. So idk why the dongle just stopped working even though it says I’m connected to it and all but if anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.

Does your PC’s device manager still detect your dongle? Let me know via PM along with your BlackShark V3 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds that we can attempt. Looking forward to your response!
